I live in Tasmania …. an island south of Australia. My passion is art and poetry; I enjoy my garden, my cat and a peacock that lives in our street. Art and poetry encompasses a wide range of techniques including photography, collage, assemblage, digital exploration, reading and writing haiku, tanka, haibun and free verse.

6 May 2008 - just started life drawing again … so exciting.

The classes are so hard to come by and the last time i did any was about 10 years ago.  First night was fabulous and like riding a bicycle - a little bit of warming up and getting back some hand eye co-ordination and i was off and running again.  Will post some photos of the A1 size drawings that i took.  Out of 10 sheets ranging from 3 minute warm up drawings up to 20 minutes 6 have survived the ‘throwout or keep’ process.
